Noell Cho is a neuroscience graduate student in the Moss Laboratory.

Noell gained interest in neuroscience research from working in Dr. Clive Svendsen's lab at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, where she investigated the therapeutic potential of GDNF-secreting HNPCs in animal models of ALS. She then joined Dr. Gretchen Thomsen's lab and helped to develop clinically relevant models of repetitive mild TBI to investigate the pathophysiology of TBI and ALS.

Her current work in the Moss lab is focused on mechanisms and determinants of chloride homeostasis and dysfunction in aging. She grew up in the island of Guam and has a small yorkiepoo named Stevie Nyx.
